Aside from the arguments you advance is one you don&#039;t mention: &quot;Twin Towers II&quot; would be a mixed-use facility (as is the Time Warner Center), which would further enhance the vibrancy of the project.

I am happy to give the devil his due. Mayor Bloomberg has done some very good things -- but only time will tell whether or not his leadership will be a net gain or loss for this most fabulous of cities.</description>
